If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns. The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your order! if you’d like to return your non-sale item simply send us an email with your order number at [email protected] informing our team about the items you would like to exchange. Bubbleeboo will process the exchange as a return and provide you with STORE CREDITS which you can use to complete a new order online for the replacement products. The amount of the item returned will be credited to your account so during your next order you will have the option to use your store credit to purchase your new item.

Bubbleeboo does not offer refunds. The amount of the returned items will be credited to your account under the form of Bubbleeboo Store Credits. Your Store Credits will be issued once your returned items are received back at our warehouse.

You have 15 days from the day you receive your order. If 14 days have gone by since your online purchase, unfortunately we wont be able to offer you a return.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging.

– Breastfeeding and pumping items

– Underwear & Layettes

– Teething & Weaning items

– Exclusive items

– Items with missing price tags, labels, original packaging and any other missing pieces.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Gift Cards

Bubbleeboo Gift Cards are treated the same as cash. In order to use your gift card, you must create a free account. The gift card cannot be redeemed for cash or used to purchased additional gift cards. It can be used several timed until the amount is all spent. Your unused balance will remain on the gift card for future purchases. Bubbleeboo is not responsible if the code was used by third parties without the permission of the card owner.

Bubbleeboo Gift Cards are valid for one year from date of purchase.
