Delivery & Shipping Policy

Local Shipping

Your order will be shipped with Aramex. if your order is in stock and is placed Monday to Friday before 2PM Lebanon Time, your order will be delivered the next day all over Lebanon. Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday and delivered on Tuesday. Orders placed during weekdays after 2PM will be delivered within 48H.

All the above is applicable for orders that are less than 10KG.

Important notice: During Holidays we experience a high volume of sales and shipping may take longer than expected. If you need an order by a specific date, please send us an email to [email protected] with your desired date and we will do our best to deliver on time.

Aramex will make a total attempts to deliver your package after contacting you and setting a date and time with you.

For cash on delivery orders, all orders are considered as approved orders and are requested to be paid at the door.


International Shipping

We have partnered with Aramex to ensure global delivery of your orders. During the checkout process, the shipping cost will be calculated based on your location and volumetric weight of the items you have selected. Once you submit your order, the total amount will included both the shipping cost and overall cost of the purchased items.

Please note that our product prices do not cover any taxes or duties applied outside of Lebanon. As the recipient, you are responsible for any import duties, custom fees, and local sales taxes that may be imposed by the country you are shipping to. These charges must be settled in order to release your order from customs upon arrival. Since we cannot provide the specific amount of these charges, we have excluded them from all invoices issued on our website.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with the details, along with the tracking number to monitor its progress. Bubbleeboo is not held responsible for delays or mistakes carried out by third party shipping companies. The tracking of the package delivery is carried out with Aramex mail carriers Internet Interface. Bubbleeboo thus cannot be held responsible for the unavailability or error that may affect the information supplied by its transporters/mail carriers.

Damaged Parcels

We apologize if you have received damaged items in your order. At Bubbleeboo, we strive to ensure that all our products are packaged securely to withstand the rigors of transportation. However, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally lead to items being damaged during transit. In this case we kindly request to promptly inform the delivery guy and Bubbleeboo at [email protected] mentioning your order number.
